Client Services is our central one-stop for student inquiries related to admissions, financial aid and awards, transcripts and student accounts.

Contact Your Divisional/Faculty, College, or Campus Registrar’s Office

As a University of Toronto student, the Registrar’s Office at your division/faculty (or college for the Faculty of Arts & Science) is your primary place for questions and advising regarding academics, financial aid or personal support.

For in-person Client Services assistance, please visit our temporary location at the School of Continuing Studies (158 St. George Street). Client Services can also be reached through the Service Portal or by phone during office hours. 172 St. George Street remains closed until further notice due to flooding damage.
